Cranemasters is seeking a detail-oriented Hybrid - Payroll & HR Specialist to help drive key HR functions while also supporting the payroll manager. This hybrid role will spend time in payroll to ensure accuracy as needed, supports employee lifecycle processes, and maintain compliance in a fast-paced environment.
Key Responsibilities – Payroll
- Process multi-state payroll for hourly and salaried employees (UKG)
- Ensure accuracy of taxes, benefits, and deductions
- Maintain payroll records and complete reconciliations
- Generate reports and ensure regulatory compliance
- Act as backup to the Payroll Manager
