Job Description
A client in Florence, KY is looking for a Human Resources Site Manager to join their team. This person will be the main HR point-of-contact for this site location and will oversee 70-80 office employees that will include warehouse personnel, managers, and district managers. Responsibilities will include acting as an advisor to station leadership in all HR functions; maintaining compliance with federal, state, and local employment laws and regulations; and communicating the HR initiatives from corporate and ensuring that the initiatives are being utilized throughout the station.
