Human Resources Senior Supervisor

Overview:
The Human Resources Senior Supervisor helps oversee various areas within the Human Resources Department such as Housing, Training, Recruiting, Employee Relations and more. This position reports to the HR Full Time Leadership team and assists them with the daily operations within Human Resources.

Responsibilities:

+ Oversee the daily operations of various areas within Human Resources.
+ Continually train, evaluate and coach/counsel staff as needed.
+ Ensure staff has all resources and supplies needed.
+ Foster an environment of teamwork, professionalism and resourcefulness.
+ Assist in the execution of the Employee Events and Engagement Program.
+ Plan and Attend Recruitment Events
+ Assign, teach and document employee trainings such as Orientation.
+ Enforcement of all housing and company attendance policies/procedures, including any applicable warnings and/or counseling sessions.
