Human Resources Representative - Casino

**Job Purpose or Objective:** As the HR Representative, you will coordinate the human resource activities of an organization to maximize the strategic use of human resources and provides responsive service while carrying out multiple human resource agendas. You will be a link between management and associates by handling questions, interpreting policies, and resolving work-related issues. You will report to the Human Resources Supervisor or Manager.
**Monday-Friday, 7:00am-3:30pm or 9:00am-5:30pm**
**$19.30/ hour**
**Primary Tasks:**
1. You will provide accurate information to associates relating to HR policies regarding opportunities for promotion, employee benefits, and more.
2. Respond to requests for information from management, outside agencies and the public.
3. Collaborate with Managers, providing a standard of service consistent with Administration’s expectation. This includes new hires, transfers, procedures, reports, policies, attendance meetings, complaints...
