We’re partnering with a leading mining operation to appoint an Operations Human Resources Manager , a senior HR leader who can establish and lead the HR function while working closely with operational leadership to build a capable, engaged and high-performing workforce.

Reporting directly to the Chief Executive Officer , this role will be central to aligning people strategy with business priorities and supporting the organisation’s next phase of growth.
