Human Resources Officer

A specialist Higher Education institution is seeking an HR Officer to join their team on a full-time, permanent basis. This role will join a team of three to provide support on all aspects of the employee life cycle.

It’s an excellent opportunity for an experienced HR Officer or a candidate with significant HR experience in the Higher Education sector looking to take the next step in their career.

Key responsibilities:

• Recruitment & Onboarding – Manage job postings, shortlisting, interviews, job offers, contracts, right-to-work checks, and onboarding processes, including probation monitoring and contract renewals
• Payroll & Contractual Changes – Process new starters and leavers, issue contract changes, track visa restrictions, and ensure accurate payroll updates
• Visa Compliance – Monitor visa expirations, verify immigration statuses, support sponsorship applications, and stay up to dat...
