HUMAN RESOURCES OFFICER

Summary You will serve as a Human Resources Director (HRD) for the MARINE CORPS LOGISTICS BASE and will service three Marine Corps Commands to include the Office of General Counsel. You will advise Commanding Officers, managers, and supervisors at serviced activities on human resource management issues to ensure they have available a competent, well trained, highly motivated and highly productive workforce to support the accomplishment of their missions. Responsibilities You will provide human resources (HR) advice and respond to requirements as set by the installation commander and Marine Corps Logistics Command's commanding general or staff.
