Summary
Reporting to the Executive Director, the Human Resources Manager is responsible for leading and carrying out the organization's human resources function, ensuring effective people management and supporting the achievement of organizational goals. The Human Resources Manager provides both strategic and operational HR leadership while balancing day‑to‑day employee relations, performance management, policy administration, and advisory services with longer‑term initiatives such as policy development, manager coaching, workforce planning, and organizational development.
