Responsibilities
Provide support and guidance to managers and staff of all levels on employment matters such as conflict resolution, workplace investigation, performance management and organizational change.Provide expertise, support, and guidance in the day-to-day operations and planning for inclusion, diversity, equity and accessibility (IDEA) initiatives, which include designing, developing, and implementing strategies to improve the IDEA mandate across NWMO.Ensure all HR practices are consistent with and reviewed regularly against Employment Equity initiatives and regulatory requirements.
