Human Resources Manager - Tecate
POSITION SUMMARY
The Human Resources (HR) Manager – Tecate is responsible for leading all HR functions for the Tecate manufacturing facility. This role oversees employee relations, labor law compliance, recruiting, compensation and benefits administration, performance management, and training and development. The HR Manager partners with plant leadership to foster a positive work environment, support operational goals, and ensure consistent implementation of company policies and procedures.
Work Schedule: Monday-Friday 8:00am-6:00pm (Availability 24/7) Reports To: VP of Human Resources Amount of Travel Required: Occasional travel to El Cajon Factory Positions Supervised: Human Resources Supervisor, Human Resources Clerk, Receptionist, Recruiting Coordinator, Training Coordinator, HSE&S Manager, Payroll Supervisor,
