**Job Description**
The Human Resources Manager provides HR generalist support and administrative leadership for an Aramark operation or functional group, with responsibility for employee relations, engagement, reporting, talent processes, and policy support.
**Job Responsibilities**
+ Handling issue resolution and follow-up for hotline calls, investigations, corrective action, performance-management consulting, and policy interpretation.
+ Supporting employee engagement initiatives, action plans, and workforce recognition or celebration activities.
+ Assisting with talent acquisition and leadership pipeline programs such as recruiting coordination and leadership-development support.
+ Producing HR metrics reporting and analysis for management decision-making.
