Human Resources Manager

People (HR) Manager reporting to the Sr. People Director, you’ll be responsible for serving as the primary people leader and strategic advisor for Quorum’s Brazilian operations. You will lead the execution of organizational strategies, ensuring talent solutions are tailored to the local market while remaining aligned with global business goals. This position is considered a people manager and will balance high-level strategic partnership with the oversight of local operations, data integrity, and the full team member experience.

ESSENTIAL DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES

• Strategic Advisory: Partners with department leaders to develop and implement People strategies that support business objectives and foster organizational effectiveness.
