HR Requirements
• To implement policies & processes of Human Resources (HR) for respective HCLTech entities thereby providing ground level support to both employees and managers on various HR related activities.
• Conduct disciplinary, grievance, appeal hearing and write outcomes.
• To ensure local employment related compliance.
• Good knowledge of local employment laws.
• Provides day to day support to employees and managers on employee query resolution, interpretation of policy and process, guide on key annual HR cycle deliverables on all employee life cycle events.
• Liaison effectively with various internal process stakeholder teams and ensuring meeting timelines.
