Human Resources Manager

Dizario Search is conducting a search for an HR Manager in the Lincoln, NE area. This opportunity is with a well-established global manufacturer operating a 250-person union facility. Reporting to plant leadership, the HR Manager will lead all HR functions for the site, including labor relations, employee relations, recruiting, performance management, and workforce development. This role also provides leadership to an HR Generalist and Payroll Specialist and serves as a key member of the plant leadership team.
