Human Resources Manager

We're looking for an HR Manager to join our growing team and help us build and manage our workforce across Sales, Graphic Design, and Video Editing teams.

The ideal candidate will be responsible for recruitment, candidate screening, interviews, onboarding, employee documentation, attendance and performance management, leave management, and implementing company policies and HR processes. Candidates with prior experience working with marketing agencies or software houses will be preferred.

Position Type: Full-Time

Work Mode: On-Site

Experience Required: Minimum 2-3 years

Working Hours: 12 pm - 9 pm (with 1 hour break)
