Whitman Legal Resources is seeking a Human Resources Manager to join their client’s Hackensack, NJ office to assist attorneys with corporate matters and transactions.Candidates must possess 4+ years of progressively responsible work; Provide managerial and administrative support to the Chief Human resource Officer in the following areas: All HR functions, firm policies and make recommendations; Firm recruiting, hiring, Determine staffing needs, Oversee employee relations and resolution of conflicts; handle leaves of absence; Coordinate with team regarding all firm benefits including 401(k) experience needed to administer a HR system.
