Human Resources Manager - Components Division

**Job Description:**

We are seeking a dynamic Human Resources Manager to lead all HR functions for our components division, supporting approximately 400 hourly production employees and a small office staff at a single-site, multi-shift manufacturing operation . As a key member of the leadership team, you will serve as the senior HR presence on site, providing both strategic and operational leadership while shaping culture and driving talent initiatives in a dynamic, production-focused environment.

In this role, you will partner closely with leaders across the division to build strong teams, enhance organizational effectiveness, and support continued business growth. You will also lead and develop a collaborative HR function, working alongside an HR Generalist to deliver impactful, employee-focused solutions.
