The Human Resources Leader/Assistant Human Resources Manager is responsible for overseeing all aspects of human resources in the hotel including recruitment, training, employee relations, performance management and compliance with legal requirements and IHG policies and procedures. They also promote a positive team culture while ensuring colleagues deliver a unique guest experience that brings the brand to life.

• Be first point of contact for all team members in relation to human resources function and queries
• Create programs to foster a positive work environment for all employees. Support and administer an annual team member satisfaction survey
• Educate and train managers on HR disciplines to foster productivity and enhance performance
• Welcome and conduct new team member orientation
• Coordinate both internal and external training programs and send relevant employees for training
