Responsibilities:
- Maintain employee records, ensuring accuracy and confidentiality and compliance.
- Post, update and remove job ads from job boards, careers pages and social networks (i.e. LinkedIn, CultJobs, Internsg, Glints).
- Assist with recruitment, including job postings, scheduling interviews and facilitating them.
- Assist in conducting onboarding, offboarding and check-ins for employees.
- Assist in the coordination of employee engagement activities such as employee surveys and company announcements.
- Collaborate with the HR team to update our culture code and employee handbook with a splash of personality.
- Maintaining employee welfare and leave administration.
- Providing support to Office Manager when needed.
- Stay up to date with the latest HR trends and best practices, and propose initiative ideas for process improvements.
