Human resources intern

We are looking for a Human Resources Intern to join a leading renewable energy generation multinational group. The ideal candidate is someone passionate about the renewable energy sector and is highly motivated to learn. The candidate will support the whole HR Team in any task or ad-hoc project, and will have a strong focus on Recruitment. Functions & Responsibilities Assist recruitment processes by posting job openings, screening resumes and filtering candidates based on their suitability. Conduct active search of potential candidates through the platform Linked In Recruiter. Carry out initial screening interviews via phone call or video call, to verify their suitability with the role. Arrange interviews between candidates and the company's managers, ensuring clear communication and timelines.
