Intern - H2R Role Summary The H2R Intern administers processes and tasks across multiple areas of HR with local responsibility and organizes employee´s life cycle in the organization according the activity split. First H2R contact person for employees in all locations Main Tasks Administer processes / tasks defined with local responsibility (according to activity split) Uses depth of knowledge and specialized skills in HR, e.g. Benefits, Payroll, Time & Attendance etc. Processes HRIS Employee Self-Service/Manager Self-Service HR transactions that are unable to be processed by the customer and provides assistance to Agency HR/payroll personnel in processing transactions (according to activity split with local responsibilities) Coordinates on local level the local H2R Operations Time and Attendance Management for Employees Third party employees contract management Employee Personal file administration and documentation Experience Bachelors in Commerce Human Resournce and Data Analytics e...
