Human Resources Intern

THIS IS A 6-MONTH FULL-TIME INTERNSHIP IN BARCELONA, WITH REAL POSSIBILITY TO BECOME AN EMPLOYEE AFTERTHOUGHT.

We need an HR Operations Intern to support our worldwide People Operations. Working under the guidance of our HR Operations Analyst, you will help ensure that our employees feel supported from their first day through every key milestone of their journey.

Your Role

Focus 100% on People Operations worldwide. You will work as the right hand to HR team in the following areas:

HR Systems & Data Maintenance

• Assist the team in keeping the HiBob platform up to date with accurate records and organizational updates.
• Help us explore and implement new workflows in Bob to ensure we are maximizing the platform's utility.
• Help maintain our internal communication channels and knowledge bases on Notion to keep employees informed and engaged.
