- Manage communication with candidates throughout the recruitment process, handling inquiries.
- Assist internship management: communicate with universities and schools, draft student agreements, and oversee internship progress.
- Promote employer branding by attending job fairs and communicating with universities to attract suitable students.
- Manage the onboarding and offboarding of employees and interns.
