**Position Highlights**
As an HR Operations Leaves Specialist, you will:

+ Serve as the first point of contact for managers and employees regarding HR policies and parental leave requests.
+ Administer parental leave of absence programs nationally, providing support and clear communication to employees and stakeholders.
+ Proactively consult on eligibility, plan provisions, and processes related to leaves; resolve both routine and complex issues with compassion and care.
