Human Resources Generalist

We are looking for a Human Resources Generalist to support a sizable and fast-growing R&D engineering organization in Taiwan. In this role, you should be passionate about enabling success through people and comfortable crafting and accomplishing HR strategies that help us staff, onboard, develop, and retain top engineering talent.


You will be doing:
+ Support engineering groups with a global footprint and a high-reaching growth.
+ Build strong, trusted partnerships with engineering leaders to implement tailored HR plans and programs aligned with business goals.
+ Collaborate closely with global functional HR CoEs to ensure flawless, localized support.
+ Support key employee lifecycle achievements, including salary planning, salary action approvals, relocations, promotions, and job re-leveling.
