**Job Summary:**
The Human Resource Generalist will partner with business management to administer daily functions of the Human Resource (HR) function including, but not limited to, talent acquisition, policy administration, compensation review, employee relations and event planning.

· Conducts talent acquisition activities for the Center including but not limited to: working with the hiring manager to define each role and its respective competencies, developing a behavioral-based interview guide, obtaining relevant market data, developing and executing on a hiring plan, mining resumes, posting and screening internal and external candidates, managing external recruiters and presenting fully qualified candidates to the hiring manager.
