Key Responsibilities

HR Operations Employee Lifecycle (40%)

• Prepare and manage HR documents (labor contracts, probation agreements, confirmation letters, employee records).
• Handle work permits, visas, TRCs, and legal procedures for foreign employees.
• Support HR compliance, ISO documentation, internal/external audits, and maintain HR processes.
• Coordinate onboarding, offboarding, attendance, leave, timesheets, and employee records.
• Support performance reviews and respond to employee inquiries on HR policies, labor contracts, insurance, and procedures.
• Maintain HR reports and employee data.
