Human Resources Generalist

The Human Resources Generalist runs day-to-day HR operations within a high-volume automotive manufacturing facility. This role focuses heavily on full-cycle payroll administration using ADP Workforce Now , managing hourly and salaried employee tracking. This individual acts as the primary point of contact for employee relations, plant safety compliance, shifts, and timecard tracking to support continuous production cycles.

Payroll & Timekeeping (ADP Workforce Now)

• Process end-to-end payroll for hourly, salaried, and temporary workers.
• Manage time and attendance within ADP to audit missing punches.
• Reconcile agency invoices for temporary staffing plant resources weekly.
• Maintain HRIS database integrity by updating personal data, compensation changes, and tax data.
