Responsible for performing a variety of HR-related duties and works closely with senior HR management. This position carries out responsibilities in the following functional areas: benefits administration, employee relations, training, performance management, onboarding, recruitment, policy implementation, and compliance with employment laws.
JOB RESPONSIBILITIES
Recruitment and Onboarding
- Assist in the recruitment process by posting job openings, reviewing resumes, conducting interviews, and coordinating hiring processes.
- Facilitate new hire orientation and onboarding processes to ensure a smooth transition for new employees.
Employee Relations
- Serves as a point of contact for employee inquiries and concerns.
- Address employee relation issues, such as harassment, allegations, work complaints, or other employee concerns.
