Responsibilities

Human Resources & Records Management:
Conduct new hire orientation and on-boarding paperwork. Maintaining HRIS records and assemble reports from the database. Manage 90-Day check in and follow up with Hiring Managers. Assist with Employee handbook updates when needed. Assist with affirmative action program; EEO-1 reporting; VETS-4212 and other compliance needs. Lend support with issuing change letters and rewards memos. Manage rewards, bonus, and morale programs. Employee bereavement, holiday, and leave programs. Manage and update Resume Library. Manage reporting and follow up on Ethics & Respect Training Manage VOE and OPM Investigator requests; Manage VEC and other State Claims Manage Employee Referral program(s) Track and process Weekly HR Changes & Biweekly Payroll Changes Maintain ...
