Required Qualifications
- BComm, preferably with HR and commercial/finance management
- Having transitioned into HR, operational experience is ideal.
- At least 15 years of experience, 8 of which must be in senior leadership or management
- Experience handling IR and HR-related legal issues, including leading legal challenges and defending the company in arbitration and collective bargaining
- Pan-African knowledge and experience
- The ability to be a generalist in senior management
- Experience with organizational design (grading, profiling, organogram design, total rewards models)
