Your role
Act as an HR business partner to provide HR support to internal stakeholders, including manpower planning support, talent acquisition coordination, employee relations support, and contributing to talent & organization development initiatives within designated business units.Add value to the business processes and operations and provide advice to managers on people’s matters.Provide support in talent and performance management and retention by working closely with HR COE teams to drive business outcomes and implement related initiatives.Build and foster trusted relationships with managers and leaders to ensure human capital efforts are aligned to business strategies.Conduct data analytics and metrics to develop solutions to enhance the performance of people programs and productivity optimization.Work in partnership with functional COEs and other HR business partners to execute corporate polic...
