Human Resources Coordinator

Santek is looking for a motivated and well-organized Human Resources Generalist to support and strengthen HR operations, with a strong focus on labor law compliance, employee administration, and workplace environment.This role will support the organization in maintaining compliant HR practices while contributing to employee engagement, retention, and overall workforce stability.
**Position Objective**Execute and follow up on Human Resources processes, ensuring compliance with Mexican Labor Law (LFT) and regulations from IMSS, STPS, and INFONAVIT, while supporting recruitment, training, occupational health and safety, and employee engagement initiatives.
