What you’ll be doing Provide day-to-day HR guidance and support to managers and employees on policies, talent management, and employee relations issues. Partner with leaders to drive recruitment, onboarding, performance management, and development planning processes. Lead or support initiatives to embed AXA Partners’ values by designing, communicating, and implementing culture and engagement programs. Facilitate workshops, focus groups, and feedback sessions to foster open dialogue and reinforce organizational culture.
