As an HR Business Partner, you will provide expertise in labor relations, grievance management, recruitment, and employee relations. Establishing strong connections with both staff and leadership is vital to drive HR strategies that align with the organization’s goals and facilitate effective change management processes.
Key Responsibilities:
• Lead the interpretation of collective agreements and grievance resolutions
• Guide leadership in performance management and conflict resolution
