- Maintain accurate HR records and ensure compliance with local labor laws
- Partner with stakeholders on HR processes and initiatives
- Support day-to-day HR operations and employee queries
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in HR, Business, or related field
- Proven experience handling end-to-end HR functions
- Background in the insurance industry preferred
- Strong communication skills and attention to detail
- Highly organized and able to work independently
- Available to start ASAP
