Human Resources Business Partner

Role : Senior Manager, HRBP Location : Pune Why this job? In this Role, you will assume India and US responsibilities partnering with stakeholders and supporting employees across Fulfilment & Customer Experience Business Verticals and reporting to HR Leader. You will Partner with the business line managers, collaborate with functional HRBPs from other locations. As a HRBP, You will own relations with front-line managers and individual contributors across various business in India & the US and you will independently drive HR issues through resolution. This role will require you to be highly independent , roll up your sleeves and be comfortable working with ambiguity in a fast-paced, ever-changing, rapid-growth environment.
