Job Summary
The HR Business Partner is responsible for delivering day‑to‑day HR execution across assigned locations. This role partners closely with site and operations leaders to support employee relations, performance management, talent execution, engagement, and workforce management.
The HR Business Partner operates as the first point of contact for managers and employees, while escalating strategic, complex, or high‑risk matters to the Senior HR Manager as appropriate.

- Conduct employee relations investigations and support disciplinary processes in alignment with company policy and labor requirements.
- Provide conflict resolution support and coaching to managers.
- Serve as a trusted advisor to leaders on employee relations matters, escalating complex or high‑risk issues to the Senior HR Manager.
