Missions, key tasks and responsibilities:

Recruitment

• Support both immediate and future hiring needs, working closely with managers on workforce planning and effective recruitment strategies.
• Manage end-to-end recruitment process, from sourcing to selection.

People Development

• You support the business in providing the best onboarding experience for new hires.
• Assist the managers with the career development plans for their teams.
• Run performance processes for the functions you support and help facilitate calibration sessions.
• You map talents across your functions and design succession plans with the management.

Employee Relations

• Act as the main point of contact for employee relations matters.
