Strategic HR Partnership
- Partner with business leaders to ensure organizational effectiveness and support the delivery of Annual Operating Plan (AOP) objectives.
- Provide HR guidance and solutions in organizational design, workforce planning, talent management, and succession planning.
- Support leaders in driving business performance through people-related initiatives.
