We’re looking for an HR Associate to support key HR functions including payroll, timekeeping, employee lifecycle, and admin operations. This role plays a vital part in ensuring smooth HR processes and a positive employee experience.
What You’ll Do
- Manage timekeeping and payroll preparation/validation
- Coordinate recruitment, interviews, and onboarding
- Handle employee records, HRIS updates (HiBob), and documentation
- Support offboarding, final pay, and government compliance (SSS, PhilHealth, Pag-IBIG, BIR)
- Assist in employee engagement activities and internal communications
- Respond to employee HR inquiries and support day-to-day HR operations
- Coordinate with vendors (payroll, HMO, recruitment, etc.)
