Human Resources Assistant

The Human Resource Assistant supports HR operations for Patriot Limousine ensuring smooth administration of recruitment, employee records, compliance and daily HR processes. The role focuses on assisting the HR team to maintain a motivated workforce and uphold the company s premium service standards in the luxury transportation sector.

Key Responsibilities

• Assist with recruitment, onboarding and orientation of chauffeurs and support staff.
• Maintain accurate employee records, leave management and HR documentation.
• Ensure compliance with UAE labor laws, company policies and regulatory requirements.
• Respond to employee inquiries and assist with grievance handling under HR guidance.
• Support exit processes including documentation and exit interviews.
