Assist in the implementation of HR policies, procedures, and programs in compliance with company standards and Philippine labor laws.
Manage the end-to-end recruitment process, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, scheduling, onboarding, and pre-employment requirements.
Conduct employee orientation and facilitate the onboarding process for newly hired employees.
Handle employee relations concerns, including grievances, counseling, disciplinary actions, and administrative investigations while ensuring due process.
Coordinate and monitor employee performance evaluation programs, probationary reviews, and performance improvement plans.
