Job Description
- Provide operations management and supervisory staff with support and guidance on employee relation concerns through investigation, and assisting with mediation efforts as appropriate to create positive work environment.
- Employee relations contact for day to day Responsible for conflict resolution efforts.
- Assist as an intermediary between Regional HR Director and operations.
- Ensure Federal & State Wage and Hour Compliance.
- Function as the “hands on” HR Manager for one or more operation.
- Assist in resolution of employee issues to resolve issues.
- Ensure operations are in compliance with OSHA standards.
- Provide assistance with start-ups and facilitate New Hire Orientation.
- Ensure Enterprise system has accurate employee data.
