Vacancy Description
We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive HR Analyst to support end-to-end HR operations across the employee lifecycle, including onboarding, employee experience, payroll administration, performance tracking, and offboarding. This role plays a critical part in ensuring smooth HR processes, maintaining compliance, and providing data-driven insights to support business and people decisions. The role will also contribute to HR systems, reporting, and employee engagement initiatives.
Key Responsibilities
- Employee Lifecycle Management (Onboarding, Check-ins, Exit)
- Manage end-to-end onboarding processes, ensuring smooth integration of new hires.
- Coordinate documentation, system access, orientation, and hiring manager readiness.
- Conduct employee check‑ins at 30/60/90 days and ongoing touchpoints to monitor engagement and address concerns.
