Role Overview

We are seeking a Human Resources Generalist to join our team in Manila, Philippines. This role supports HR operations, employee lifecycle processes, and compliance with local labor regulations while serving as a trusted point of contact forteam members and people leaders.

The successful candidatewill oversee employment documentation, contract administration, employee movements, onboarding and offboarding activities, leave management, and HR record maintenance.This individualwill coordinate with internal HR teams and external vendors to support accurate reporting, compliance, and a positive employee experience.
