Our portfolio of businesses include crushed limestone production, sand and gravel production, ready-mix concrete supplier, and custom precast concrete fabricator. We specialize in providing building materials to the greater Dayton market, including Miami, Shelby, Auglaize, Mercer, Montgomery, Preble, and Randolph counties. PEPCON, our ready-mix division, is strategically located in Bradford, Versailles, Union City, and Brookville, to provide our customers with just-in-time building materials. Our precast division is located in West Milton, OH, and provides custom precast concrete solutions.
