Key Responsibilities
Recruitment & Onboarding
- Manage end-to-end recruitment process including job posting, screening, interviewing, and selection.
- Coordinate interviews with hiring managers and arrange interview logistics.
- Prepare employment contracts, offer letters, and onboarding documents.
- Conduct onboarding for new hires and ensure smooth integration into the company.
- Maintain recruitment records and update applicant tracking system.
Payroll Administration
- Prepare monthly payroll accurately and on time.
- Verify attendance, overtime, allowances, and deductions.
- Handle CPF contributions, tax filings, and statutory requirements
- Issue payslips and respond to payroll-related queries.
- Maintain payroll records and ensure confidentiality of salary information.
