Job Description: Provide support to Location Managers and Country HR teams in implementing HR strategies Collaborate with Country HR teams to ensure alignment with global HR policies and local labor regulations Support manpower planning reviews and preparation of HR reports Manage end-to-end recruitment activities, including job postings, candidate screening, interviews, and background checks Assist in regional employer branding initiatives Support employee engagement surveys and focus group discussions Contribute to change management and organizational development initiatives Act as the first point of contact for employee HR queries and provide basic counselling support Support annual performance appraisal processes, including salary reviews, promotion exercises, and job levelling activities Coordinate learning and development programs, training sessions, and other development initiatives Requirements: Diploma in Human Resources or any related fields.
