HUMAN RESOURCE CONSULTANT

Location: Paya Lebar

Working Hours: Monday – Friday, 9AM – 6PM

• Manage the full recruitment process, including job postings, resume screening, interview coordination, and candidate follow-up
• Assist with Singapore work pass applications, renewals, cancellations, and MOM-related matters
• Liaise with clients, candidates, and government agencies regarding employment matters
• Support daily administrative and operational activities
• Maintain and update company databases and records
• Perform other HR and operational duties assigned by management

• Relevant experience in HR, recruitment, or administrative roles
• Possess CEI Certification (preferred)
• Familiar with Singapore work pass applications and MOM regulations
• Good communication and interpersonal skills
